Production details of Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo: Cerasuolo is Bossanova’s rosé from Abruzzo, made entirely from Montepulciano. The fruit is de-stemmed and pressed without skin maceration, then ferments and refines for about eight months in concrete tanks. Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo by Bossanova, but we hear it has notes of wild strawberry, redcurrant, crunchy fresh herbs and a savoury freshness.
