Arneis 2024 is a D.O.C natural wine crafted by , in the Piedmont region in . This very classic and crisp white wine is made with grapes. Arneis (literally: “worthless thing”, in Piemontese) is so called because it is regarded as a somewhat difficult variety to grow. It is a crisp and floral varietal, and has been grown for centuries in the region. The white wines made from the Arneis grape tend to be dry and full bodied with notes of pears and apricots.
We found this wine aged in both concrete and barrel to be very classic in its approach, with some noticeable additions of SO2. Expect herbal touches, stoney aspects and a sophisticated, clean finish. A wine for those seeking something more classic on the border of natural wine
