Description
Booker’s Barry’s Batch 2025-01 is a small-batch bourbon bottled at barrel proof, 62.85% ABV, in a 750 ml bottle. It goes into the bottle without chill filtration and without water reduction, so the character built up during barrel aging carries through intact.
The batch was selected by Barry Barton, part of the ongoing series of personally chosen Booker’s releases. Each batch is bottled to reflect its own individual character rather than a fixed house profile.
Expect intense vanilla and caramel, charred oak, rye spice, and the bold warmth that comes with full barrel strength.
