Description
Blanton’s Honey Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon 2021 is a limited special release bottled at 65.8% ABV in a 700 ml bottle. The name comes from the term Blanton’s uses for an exceptional barrel — the “honey barrel” — the cream of the warehouse that a master distiller sets aside.
The 2021 release arrives in a blue-and-gold presentation box and stands among the rarest modern Blanton’s bottlings, making it a centerpiece for a single barrel bourbon collection.
Tasting notes:
- Aroma: rich caramel and vanilla
- Palate: layers of oak and toasted nuts
- Finish: smooth, with lingering sweetness
