Description
Blanco Muerte skips the barrel entirely: 100% blue Weber agave, unaged and unfiltered, bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format. With no oak in the way, the spirit shows what came off the still — fresh-cut agave, white pepper and lime zest on the nose, with a faint trace of green olive brine underneath.
The palate runs crisp and herbaceous, moving through citrus pith, wet stone and a flicker of jalapeño heat before it dries out on a soft mineral bite. No additives and no shortcuts, which makes it clean enough to sip neat or shake hard over ice.
