Bottled at 46.2% ABV, Black Tot Finest Caribbean Rum brings together rums built from Caribbean molasses and matured in oak, a combination that gives the blend its depth. The 750 ml bottle carries the marks of traditional Caribbean production, from the raw material through to the barrel.
Molasses leads the palate, followed by dark fruit, caramel and vanilla, with oak spice running underneath and a warming finish. Tropical notes sit quietly in the background. It works neat as a sipping rum and holds its own in classic rum cocktails.
