Five years in barrel shape this rye into a firm, spice-forward pour, bottled at 49% ABV in a 750 ml format. Rye spice and black pepper lead, with oak and caramel filling in behind them. The higher proof keeps the grain character front and center through a warming finish. It’s a straightforward, full-strength take on rye whiskey with no softening around the edges.
