Description
Bottled at 50% ABV in a 750 ml format, Birdie Brown Plain Hooch is unaged corn whiskey in its most direct form. No barrel time stands between the drinker and the spirit, so the corn’s natural sweetness and raw grain notes carry the whole pour.
The palate runs sweet and grain-forward, with the clean warmth of ethanol and a fresh, unrested character that closes on a spicy note. Stripped of wood influence, it puts the fermentation and distillation work front and center, the way moonshine has always been judged.
