Made entirely from Texas-grown corn, barley and rye, Bingham’s Bourbon Original is a Certified Texas Whiskey produced in small batches and handled from grain to glass with close attention to quality. Each batch rests a minimum of two years in American White Oak barrels with a #3 char, arriving in the bottle at 80 proof (40% ABV) with a light golden amber color.
The nose opens on rye spice alongside honeysuckle. On the palate, sweetness leads before toasted oak and baking spices build through the middle, and the finish is gentle and warming with a trace of roasted pecans. The 750 ml bottle works neat, over ice, or mixed into a cocktail.
