Description
A vintage better for Chardonnay than Pinot Noir. Superior, older parcels of the same communes as for the NV Blanc de Blancs. Less than 5 g/l. Around 15% is fermented in oak – they’re looking for slow evolution. Deep straw gold. Nicely knit nose with some elegance. A certain richness and tightness. Very long indeed. Grippy end. Still lots to chew on. Very long.
