Description
Big Five Silver Rum is an unaged white rum in a 750 ml bottle. The spirit is light and clean, built around fresh, neutral character rather than cask influence.
The nose and palate stay straightforward: clean spirit, light sugar cane sweetness and a neutral core, closing with a fresh finish.
That simple, versatile profile is why it works as a light rum foundation in classic rum cocktails and tropical drinks such as daiquiris, mojitos and rum punches, where a clean neutral base is wanted.
