Description
Big Dog Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a small batch release bottled in Kentucky, marked as batch no. 001. It is a blended straight bourbon bottled at 104 proof, presented without an age statement or published mash bill, built for drinkers who want a bourbon with some backbone rather than a delicate sipper.
The pour opens with vanilla bean, toasted corn, and hints of charred oak on the nose over a deep copper color. On the palate it delivers rich caramel and brown sugar alongside rye spice and leather, finishing long and warming with layered oak and a lingering sweet heat.
Its straightforward, no-frills bottling and higher proof make it a solid addition for bourbon drinkers building out a shelf of small batch pours — pair it alongside other cask-forward bourbons in the whiskey selection for side-by-side tasting. Ships to most US states. Adult-signature required at delivery.
