Description
A completely different style as this is surprisingly fine with obvious elegance and first rate detail. The Ambroise Corton is usually huge, indeed even monster-like yet this is tender, sweet, fleshy and mouth coating with impressive levels of sap and a dry, dusty finish. I like this a lot but I should warn Ambroise fans that it is not stylistically consistent with what has been produced in the past.
