Bottled at cask strength, Bernheim Wheat Whiskey Batch C925 arrives at 59.2% ABV in a 750ml format. Skipping dilution lets the whiskey’s flavors develop fully, giving the pour a concentrated, layered character. Wheat sits at the center of the grain bill rather than rye, and the difference shows: the profile leans soft and sweet, with caramel, oak spice and a rich finish. It rewards slow, attentive tasting.
