(vinified with 70% stems).A more reserved and slightly cooler dark berry fruit nose reveals plenty of game, forest floor and sauvage nuances. The succulent and generously proportioned yet attractively energetic medium weight plus flavors are very rich with plenty of the hallmark minerality on the dusty, mouth coating and massively long finish. I would note that this is even more structured than usual and thus unlike a few of the prior wines that might be reasonably approached in their youth, this super effort is definitely going to require extended patience.
