Description
Wheat takes the lead in this small batch American whiskey, giving the spirit a gentler grain character than corn- or rye-driven pours. Three years in the barrel round out the edges without stripping away the structure that defines a whiskey, landing at 42% ABV in a 750 ml bottle.
The result leans easygoing while still carrying weight, with wheat, vanilla and caramel running through the glass. It’s a straightforward look at what a craft producer can do with a wheat-forward mashbill and a short, focused maturation.
