This bottling is made from Dankowskie Diamond Rye grown exclusively in Western Poland, where vast forests, mild winters, and lush terroir shape a bold, savory character with hints of salted caramel, white pepper, and a touch of honey.
Clean and crisp on the palate with subtle grain sweetness, a silky mouthfeel, and a smooth, refreshing finish. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 1 L bottle.
