Unlike the house’s vineyard-designated wines, Balade reflects an annual exploration of standout coastal sites, resulting in a unique, ever-evolving expression. Sourced from the cool-climate Santa Maria Valley, the 2022 vintage delivers a bold, fruit-driven style often described as a “Pinot for Cabernet lovers”—rich, structured, and deeply flavored while maintaining varietal character.
