Winemaker’s Notes
Beau Vigne HERO Proprietary Red Blend 2021 is a captivating wine that exemplifies both richness and harmony in every sip. Opening with aromas of ripe black cherry, plum, and subtle notes of baking spice, it reveals a well-structured palate filled with layers of lush dark fruit, supple tannins, and a hint of dark chocolate. The balanced acidity provides a fresh lift, while undertones of vanilla and toasted oak add depth and complexity. Smooth and refined, this blend culminates in a long, satisfying finish. Whether enjoyed on its own or paired with savory dishes like braised short ribs, roasted game, or a hearty tomato-based pasta, HERO stands out as a vibrant and memorable expression of Beau Vigne’s winemaking prowess.
