Description
This 750 ml Champagne spends a minimum of six years resting on its lees before disgorgement. No sugar is added afterward through dosage, which keeps the wine’s acidity lively and lets its natural aromas come through unaltered at 12% ABV.
Following a final rest of four to six weeks, the bottle is released in its signature copper cage. Expect a tart, clean profile of Meyer lemon and Granny Smith apple with a whisper of white flowers, plus high acid, notes of fresh baked bread and a dry, medium finish carried by fine effervescence.
