Time in the sweet wine cask adds distinctive sweet and floral character while the bourbon’s core profile stays intact. Expect honey and stone fruit on the nose, with floral notes, vanilla, dried apricot and oak through the palate.
A limited, small-batch expression that reflects Barrel Craft Spirits’ ongoing work with creative cask finishing.
