Description
Seagrass Cask Strength Gold Label Rye comes from Barrell Craft Spirits, the Louisville blending house known for bottling aged whiskey at full strength. This 750 ml release lands at 64.06% ABV, with no water added to soften the blend, so every layer of the rye arrives at full volume.
The pour opens on ripe Meyer lemon and clover honey, then shifts mid-palate toward fresh basil and pineapple picked at peak ripeness. Underneath the fruit, flashes of deeply aged rye surface and recede, and the whiskey keeps rearranging itself from one sip to the next.
