Two native agaves, Mahuey and Arroqueno, come together in this joven mezcal from Oaxaca. Bottled without aging at 47% ABV, it keeps the raw agave character intact, made by artesanal methods in a 750 ml bottle. The palate leads with cooked agave and smoke, followed by earthy and herbal tones, then closes with a spicy, peppery finish.
