Description
Banhez Artesanal CUISHE Mezcal Joven is made from the cuishe agave varietal, a plant known for yielding distinctive, smoky, complex spirits. Bottled unaged at 47% ABV in a 750 ml format, it shows the raw character of freshly distilled agave.
Production follows artesanal methods, with an emphasis on traditional technique and small-batch quality. The result leans into pronounced smoke and mineral definition rather than any influence from wood.
The aroma and palate bring smoke and roasted agave forward, backed by earthiness, green pepper, mineral undertones and a touch of spice.
