Description
Balcones ‘1’ Texas Single Malt Whisky is an American single malt bottled at 53% ABV (106 proof). It is made in Texas from local ingredients using unconventional techniques, taking the single malt category in a direction apart from traditional scotch whisky conventions.
The nose is ripe with fruit, honey, rose water, and citrus. The palate stays fruit-forward, with honey, toasted grain, and spice leading into an intense finish.
Supplied as one 750 mL bottle. Balcones ‘1’ Texas Single Malt Whisky was awarded a Double Gold Medal in 2024 at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
