The blend is aged from 8 to 12 years in American oak barrels, then given an additional finish in Vino de Naranja (Orange Wine) casks. Bottled at 45% ABV in a 750 ml bottle. On the palate, subtle citrus rind carries a pleasant Seville orange bitter character, with notes of molasses and cinnamon and hints of dried currant and toffee caramel.
