Bottle #1 in the Azulejos Trophy Head series pairs a sculpted, black and white presentation with a reposado tequila bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format. The numbered bottling is made to be kept as much as poured. In the glass, the tequila leans on cooked agave, with subtle oak and vanilla from the rest period and a smooth thread of citrus running through it — the oak-and-agave balance that marks a well-made reposado.
