Housed in a striking blue ceramic-style bottle, Azulejos Talavera Añejo is a tequila shaped by long rest in oak. Time in barrel builds layers of cooked agave, vanilla, caramel and wood spice, while the agave character stays clearly present underneath. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format, this añejo leans on traditional Mexican distilling methods, pairing a soft, rounded texture with the depth that extended aging brings. Bottle #1 in the blue finish.
