Auld Acquaintance brings together single malt and grain whiskies chosen by the Master Blender, resulting in a golden Scotch with a fruity, zesty nose. Raspberry and blueberry lead the way, with nutmeg adding a subtle spiced edge.
The palate is fresh and lively, showing apple, melon and pear alongside warming cinnamon and clove. Oak, spice and dried fruit fill out the body, while a faint note of lavender and summer flowers carries through the smooth, lasting finish. Bottled at 46.2% ABV in a 700 ml bottle, it’s a blend made for sharing with friends old and new.
