AU Vodka Vanilla Ice Cream 700 ml is a limited-edition flavored vodka liqueur bottled at 15% ABV. It is made by blending AU’s five-times distilled vodka with vanilla extract and ice-cream inspired flavors.
The nose is led by creamy vanilla bean, soft caramel and sweet cream, a warm and inviting profile reminiscent of fresh vanilla ice cream. The palate is silky, with layers of vanilla ice cream, subtle toffee and a touch of white chocolate.
Underneath the dessert character sits the clean base spirit: British wheat vodka distilled five times for a smooth finish that keeps the sweetness in balance.
