Description
Created in collaboration with John Deere, ASW Distillery’s Fiddler Steel Plow Rye celebrates America’s agricultural roots and the pioneering steel plow of 1837. This bold, eight-year-old rye is aged in new charred American white oak barrels before a final maturation with hand-harvested, hand-charred Georgia white oak staves.
Made from a classic 95% rye and 5% malted barley mash bill, Steel Plow delivers a robust, spice-forward experience with notes of caramel, black pepper, and rich oak. Bottled at 112 proof without chill filtration or added color, it offers a distinctive expression of ASW’s “Soil to Still” collaboration.
