Description
ASW Distillery Fiddler Encore Bourbon is the distillery’s barrel strength bourbon, bottled at 58.3% ABV in a 750 ml bottle. Because it is bottled without reduction, the whiskey arrives with full cask intensity intact.
Maturation takes place in new American oak, and the absence of dilution preserves the complete character the spirit developed in barrel. The result is a rich, fully developed flavor profile at natural bottling strength.
Tasting notes run through bourbon barrel and caramel, with oak spice, vanilla notes, and a distinct thread of heat.
