Description
Astral Tequila A\u00f1ejo starts with 100% Blue Weber agave grown under the sun and stars, then spends 12 months resting in American Oak bourbon barrels. The time in wood brings out vanilla, butterscotch, and oak across the palate. Each 750 ml bottle is bottled at 40% ABV, or 80 proof.
Sustainability is built into how this tequila is made: once distillation is finished, the leftover agave fibers are upcycled into adobe bricks used for homes and community centers in Jalisco, Mexico. Astral works from the idea that good energy put into the world keeps circulating, and that thinking carries through from the agave fields to the finished bottle.
