Fifteen years in oak shape this German brandy, bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format. The long rest in wood builds depth of color and layers of dried fruit, oak vanilla, caramel and toasted wood, closing on a balanced finish. Time in cask smooths the spirit into something rounded and composed, making it as suited to slow sipping as it is to dessert pairings or cocktails built around brandy’s warmth.
