Description
Arak El Massaya is a traditional Middle Eastern spirit bottled at 50% ABV in a 750 ml format. It is made from grapes and anise, following the time-honored arak tradition.
The palate and nose center on anise and licorice, with the character of grape spirit beneath and a herbal thread running through. Added water turns the spirit milky white, the classic louche of an arak, and it is served in the region as a traditional aperitif.
