Arak Askalon Extra Fine is a traditional Middle Eastern spirit distilled with aniseed, carrying the licorice-forward character that defines arak. The 750 ml bottle holds a potent, clear spirit built on classic anise distillation.
The aroma and palate center on aniseed and licorice, backed by herbal complexity, subtle spice and warming alcohol notes.
Mixed with water, the spirit turns milky white, the effect behind the traditional serving known as white lion. In its home regions it is taken as an aperitif or digestif alongside local cuisine.
