The 2025 Conte della Vipera from Antinori brings together Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon grown at Castello della Sala in Umbria. Vineyards near Orvieto occupy elevated slopes with marine-fossil-rich soils, and the fruit is handled carefully to protect the blend’s aromatic definition.
Pink grapefruit and lychee lead the aroma, followed by lime, pineapple, passion fruit, elderflower, wisteria, and white flowers. The wine is lively yet polished on the palate, with refreshing acidity, fine texture, and a persistent finish where citrus, tropical fruit, and mineral notes converge.
