Bottled at 38% ABV, Antica Black Sambuca takes the familiar Italian liqueur into darker territory. Black licorice leads, backed by star anise and a layer of herbs, with a subtle sweetness and a smooth finish across its 750 ml format. The black expression carries more weight and depth than standard sambuca, which makes it as suited to sipping as a digestif as it is to mixing in cocktails that call for an anise backbone.
