Description
Amaro Angeleno Bitters is an amaro liqueur bottled at 23% ABV in a 750 ml format. It draws on the herbal complexity and bitterness characteristic of Italian-style amari, built from a blend of botanicals that layer into one another rather than sitting apart.
The profile leads with herbs and citrus, followed by bitter botanicals and a subtle sweetness that keeps the finish balanced. That herbal structure also carries the digestive qualities traditionally associated with the category.
The source listing notes it works neat, over ice, or as a component in cocktails.
