Part of the Alma del Jaguar Barricas Series, this añejo spends its maturation in virgin Japanese Mizunara oak — a single, uncommon cask choice that defines the whole expression. Bottled at 44% ABV in a 750 ml format. Cooked agave leads the profile before it widens into sandalwood, coconut, honey, tea and warm spice, with a thread of Japanese incense running through. The finish stays aromatic and refined, carrying lingering oak complexity.
