Description
Alipus San Baltazar Mezcal comes from the village of San Baltazar in Oaxaca, where mezcal is made by traditional means. The 750 ml bottle is filled at 47.5% ABV.
Agave hearts are roasted in earthen pits, giving the spirit its rich smoky character. Distilled by time-honored methods, it carries complex mineral and herbal undertones alongside the agave.
