Ensamble means blend, and that is exactly what Aldez has put in this bottle: several agave varieties combined into a single mezcal with layer upon layer of flavor. Bottled at 45% ABV in a 750 ml format. Traditional roasting of the agave leaves its mark, giving smoke and roasted agave alongside herbal complexity and mineral notes. It is an artisanal expression that reflects the range of agave grown in its region.
