Airem 14 Year Single Malt PX Cask is a Scottish single malt bottled at 43% ABV in a 750 ml format. It spends 14 years maturing before moving into Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for finishing, a Spanish sherry influence that shapes the whisky’s final character.
The malt foundation carries through alongside dark fruit and raisin, with caramel and chocolate rounding out the sweeter side. Spice and sherry notes add depth, giving the pour its layered complexity.
