Description
Bottled at 46% ABV in a 750 ml format, Absinthe Ordinaire follows a traditional approach to the category, built around an infusion of wormwood, anise and supporting botanicals. Licorice and green herbal notes run through the palate, giving the spirit the layered character associated with classic absinthe.
That botanical depth works either way you pour it: served in the customary absinthe ritual, or used as a base and accent in contemporary cocktails. The production style leans on historical methods and authentic botanical sourcing rather than shortcuts.
