Description
Abre Ojos Blanco Tequila is an unaged agave spirit bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format. Without time in barrel, it rests on the fundamentals of tequila: agave selection and distillation.
The nose and palate stay clean and direct, with fresh agave, citrus, pepper and herbal notes. This is the blanco style in its plainest form, showing what the spirit tastes like before any wood influence enters the picture.
A straightforward choice for anyone after pure tequila character, whether sipped or mixed.
