Aged first in American oak, this straight bourbon from 2Bar then spends a second stint in amaretto barrels. That finishing step layers almond sweetness and a touch of spice over the whiskey’s caramel core, with oak warmth carrying through the close. Bottled at 45% ABV in a 750 ml format. The result is a bourbon with enough depth for slow sipping, while the nutty character also gives cocktail makers something different to build on.
