Drawn from a single cask and bottled at 63.8% ABV, this 750 ml rye from 291 Colorado goes into the bottle without chill filtration. Nothing is cut with water, so the whiskey arrives at the strength the barrel gave it, with flavor concentration to match. The profile leans dark and assertive: intense oak up front, then dark caramel, baking spice and chocolate. Skipping dilution and filtration keeps the details of the aging period intact, making for a robust and complex pour.
