WINEMAKER’S NOTES: The 2025 Field Recordings Pizza Nights 2.0 is a red wine made by Andrew Jones and the team at Field Recordings, an Oregon Tilth certified organic winery in Paso Robles, California. It is 100% Barbera from the Stagliano vineyard, which is organically farmed, and Alta Gaviota, both in the Happy Canyon of Santa Barbara AVA. The fruit is fully destemmed and fermented in open-top bins on native yeast, then aged eight months in neutral French oak barrels.
