WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
A dense, deep ruby that in the glass holds a promise of power and mystery. On the nose, aromas of ripe plum and morello cherry dance with darker notes of tobacco, vanilla and licorice, evoking a warm, enveloping memory.
On the palate it is a velvety and powerful embrace, a tale of the land of Abruzzo. Its imposing structure is balanced by an elegant tannin that accompanies the return of ripe fruit.
