TASTING NOTES: Showing beautifully, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon offers ripe, exotic aromatics of currants, red plums, dried, savory flowers, and leather. Based on 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and aged 19 months in 60% new French oak, it’s full-bodied, broad, layered, and seamless on the palate, with resolved tannins and a great finish.
